How to Register
Registration is completed through the following five steps:
01 — Complete the Registration Form
Fill in your personal information and select your examination level and examination components.
02 — Send Your ID
Send a clear copy of your identification document.

03 — Make Full Payment
Make full payment in cash to Ntabiriho Hermenegilde from Sanctuaire Marial de Schoenstatt – Mont Sion Gikungu, Bujumbura, Burundi, with contact at +257 68 81 05 05. Make sure to get the receipt!
04 — Send Payment Receipt
Send your payment confirmation through:

05 — Receive Your Confirmation
Your registration will be reviewed after we receive your:
- Completed registration form
- Copy of your ID
- Full payment
- Payment proof
You will then receive confirmation of your registration.
Results & Certificates
When Will I Receive My Result?
Standard examination results are expected to be released within approximately 5 weeks after the examination.
Need Your Result Earlier?
Be Ubuntu offers an Express Result option.
Express Result: approximately 2 weeks
Additional fee: 100 USD
The Express Result option is available for candidates who require their examination result earlier.
